The invention provides a method for detecting the spatio-temporal evolution process of wall turbulence based on fluorescent filament tracing, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a test sample; N micro through holes are distributed on the surface of the test sample; (2) inserting the fluorescent fiber filament as a tracer marker into the micro through hole from the back to the front of the test sample, and preventing the fluorescent fiber filament from outcropping on the front; (3) A flow field is applied to the front of the test sample, and a light source system is adopted to continuously irradiate the flow field area to be detected, and at the same time, the instantaneous shape of the fluorescent fiber filament is recorded in a high-precision time sequence through a smooth image acquisition system; (4) Image processing and calculation fitting are carried out on the instantaneous shape of fluorescent filament, and the three-dimensional dynamic structure of the near-wall flow field and its spatio-temporal evolution process information are reconstructed and visualized. The method not only has the characteristics of instantaneous, synchronous and multi-point measurement of PIV technology, but also has the outstanding advantages of simultaneous measurement of kinematic and dynamic characteristics, high signal-to-noise ratio, simple device, low cost and high reliability.
