Description abstract
The invention relates to a method and a device for laser shock strengthening of hidden surfaces, which adopts an approximate subsection processing method, establishes a continuous laser shock strengthening track and process after obtaining the whole hidden surface information, and a control system adjusts the movement and rotation of a total reflection mirror arranged inside a workpiece according to the signal of a signal acquisition card, so that a reflected laser beam acts on the hidden surface to be processed at a proper incident angle, namely the included angle between the reflected laser beam and the normal line of the hidden surface to be processed, thereby realizing laser shock strengthening of the hidden surface. The method adopt that movement and rotation of the total reflection mirror inside the workpiece, can realize the surface strengthening treatment of the hidden surface of the workpiece, remarkably improve the mechanical property and fatigue life of the workpiece, and is suitable for the surface strengthening of the workpiece with the hidden surface.
