【Overview】 The Key Laboratory of Key Laser Processing Equipment is located in the School of Electrical Engineering, Wenzhou University, based on the Wenzhou Laser Manufacturing Technology and Key Automation Engineering Technology Research Center. It was approved for establishment in April 2015 and passed the acceptance in September 2017. The main laboratory is engaged in laser processing technology (high-power laser macro processing technology, laser precision micro processing technology, laser accessory technology), laser processing robot and intelligent complete equipment (laser processing robot unit) technology, robot complete equipment integration technology, and production industry applications Innovative basic research, applied basic research and technology development of the robot intelligent equipment) and laser processing and robotics technology (laser processing detection and control technology, robotic equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, robotic equipment expansion and multiplication technology).
【Platform construction】 The construction of the laboratory aims to create a comprehensive platform that can promote the combination of original innovative basic research, applied basic research and technology development, build a service platform for talent training and technical support, and build a communication platform for domestic and foreign scientific research cooperation and exchanges , To effectively promote the construction of laser optoelectronics and intelligent manufacturing in Zhejiang Province, and serve the economy of Zhejiang. The laboratory currently has a total of 20,600 square meters of experimental rooms, more than 150 sets of large and medium-sized equipment, and the original value of the equipment is 100 million yuan. The laboratory currently has 96 permanent staff, including 25 with senior professional titles, 90 with associate senior (including) titles or doctorate degrees, and 14 of them have provincial and ministerial titles. The laboratory focuses on academic exchanges at home and abroad, and has hosted the World Young Scientist Summit-Wenzhou Laser and Optoelectronic Intelligent Manufacturing High-end International Academic Forum and Wenzhou Laser and Optoelectronic Intelligent Manufacturing International Symposium for two consecutive years, and invited domestic and foreign experts to hold online and offline academic reports, There are a total of 55 academic symposiums. At the same time, laboratory members participated in more than 30 academic conferences at home and abroad.
【Scientific research results】In the past two years, the laboratory has added 7 national-level projects, 16 provincial-level projects, 14 municipal-level projects, and 56 horizontal projects, with an additional project funding of more than 26 million yuan. The laboratory has published 125 academic papers, 114 of which are included in SCI, and have obtained 171 national invention patents, including 2 PCT patents. The "Key Technology and Application of Laser Strengthening and Composite Manufacturing of Complex Components" hosted by the director of the laboratory, Xue Wei, won the China Invention Association Innovation and Invention Award; member Xiang Jiawei hosted the "Basic Theoretical Research on the Application of Quantitative Diagnosis of Multi-damage Failures in Mechanical Structures" won Zhejiang The second prize of the Provincial Natural Science Award; the "Key Technology and Application of Highly Sensitive Pressure Sensors Facing the Field of Micropressure" hosted by member Zheng Beirong won the third prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award.
