【Overview】 Zhejiang Laser and Optoelectronic Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Innovation Center is led by Wenzhou University, with Longwan District People's Government, Wenzhou South Zhejiang Science and Technology City Management Committee, Xi 'an Jiaotong University, Xi 'an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Light Science and Engineering Center, National University of Singapore as the main collaborative units. Proceeding from the needs of the national intelligent manufacturing strategy and Zhejiang innovation-driven strategy, the construction of Wenzhou (High-tech Zone) national independent innovation demonstration zone and the construction of China (Wenzhou) laser and optoelectronic industrial cluster, following the principle of "demand-oriented, comprehensive opening, deep integration and innovation-led", and in accordance with the general requirements of "national urgent need and world-class", we will give full play to the resource advantages of the government, universities, research institutes and industrial enterprises. Guided by the research on major scientific and technical issues in the development of laser and optoelectronic industry, the concept of integration of government, Industry-University-Research and capital has been established, the interaction of collaborative innovation has been promoted, and the sharing and cooperation in key technology research and development, sharing of large-scale instruments, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, incubation of innovation and entrepreneurship and training of leading talents have been realized. At the same time, according to the principle of "market orientation, enterprise operation and professional service", the center insists on facing the world's scientific and technological frontier, facing the major national needs and facing the main battlefield of the national economy, driving development with innovation, boldly innovating the scientific and technological system and mechanism, dismantling the "wall", and exploring the four-in-one industrialization and service mode of scientific and technological achievements of "talent+technology+service+capital".
At present, the center has more than 120 scientific research and management personnel, and has established four research departments: laser and optoelectronic component technology, laser manufacturing process and application technology, laser and optoelectronic intelligent equipment technology and intelligent equipment system reliability. Since it was approved in October 2019, it has carried out research on ultra-fast laser low-damage and high-precision processing technology; He has undertaken more than 10 projects at or above the provincial and ministerial levels, solved more than 30 technical problems and key technologies such as enterprises, obtained a number of invention patents for related achievements, and published more than 70 papers included in SCI/SSCI and EI; A total of more than 700 undergraduates and postgraduates were trained, and 7 postdocs were trained. The income from scientific and technological services and achievements transformation is more than 15 million yuan.
