    Development and application of semiconductor laser and its equipment based on high precision marking

    Major scientific and technological innovation projects in Wenzhou


    In this project, high-precision security traceability identification and high-quality precision identification are carried out for typical parts (including drill bits, transparent buttons in automobile interiors, circuit breakers and other low-voltage electrical appliances), and high-quality precision identification lasers and precision identification equipment with traceability and anti-counterfeiting functions are developed, so that they can be applied to the production links of automobile parts industry and low-voltage electrical appliances industry, realizing automation and intelligence of automobile and motorcycle parts industry and low-voltage electrical appliances industry, realizing traceability and anti-counterfeiting of products at various nodes of production, warehousing, logistics and sales, and achieving "machine substitution". General situation of similar research at home and abroad: The existing marking technology usually adopts laser coding, while the laser coding technology is mainly used in static laser engraving and online dynamic coding. Among them, Excel/Control Laser Corp, Lumonics Corp, and Coherent General Company in America; NEC Electronics, Fuji and Toshiba in Japan; PROPEN of France; Rofm Sinar in Europe, Gretag laser system company, etc.; Domestic companies such as Dazu, Delong, Huari and many research institutes have done a lot of in-depth research and developed different types of laser coders, but these laser coders generally have low coding accuracy and lack of anti-counterfeiting coding system. Therefore, this project aims at the above technical problems and carries out systematic technical research and equipment research and development.
