    This project is put forward by the first-class auto parts manufacturers in China, aiming at researching the intelligent micrometer and sorting automatic production line of the core products of enterprises. By means of machine vision, laser detection and data analysis, it can realize the recognition of characters on the surface of bearings, the measurement of complex dimensions of bearing sections, the micrometer measurement of bearing thickness, and the detection of oil grooves and oil holes, thus forming an integrated digital and intelligent online micrometer production line, tracking the production situation in real time, improving the level of production quality control system and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. In this way, a perfect factory-level intelligent micrometer detection workshop for bearing shells is established, which promotes the upgrading of the production level of the auto parts industry. This project has made technical breakthroughs in machine vision measurement system, laser measurement system, data analysis system, high-precision and high-reliability mechanical clamping system, high-precision and high-feasibility auto production line design and condition monitoring. The equipment can realize multi-station and multi-size on-line inspection of bearing shells, with the highest inspection accuracy of 1um in a single station and the highest inspection efficiency of the whole production line of 3s/ piece. The project has applied for related core technology patents, software copyright registration, etc., and carried out application demonstration, paving the way for automatic inspection in the field of bearing bush processing, reversing the current low-efficiency and low-precision manual inspection mode, and having broad market prospects.
