In view of the low degree of network collaborative manufacturing and slow market response of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, this project starts with the production execution management platform, comprehensively utilizes various advanced technologies such as digital twinning and collaborative manufacturing, and builds an integrated platform including virtual design, maintenance and rapid embedding of collaborative workshops on the basis of focusing on the synchronous data of ERP and MES systems. Finally, through the overall solution of the system, the quality control ability of high-end products in the whole life cycle of small and medium-sized enterprises will be greatly improved.
