Research on laser surface treatment technology in CFRP bonding maintenance.
Basic scientific research projects in Wenzhou
Among many lightweight materials, carbon fiber reinforced composite (CFRP) has high specific strength and rigidity, and its lightweight effect is very obvious, which has been widely used in aerospace and military products. In the actual use of composite materials, there are usually a lot of structural damages and defects, so it is necessary to repair or replace these damaged structures reasonably. The bonding method is one of the main maintenance methods, which has the advantages of small maintenance weight gain, no secondary damage, no stress concentration, convenient maintenance, strong corrosion resistance and short repair time. In order to improve the adhesion between CFRP substrate and patch, it is necessary to pretreat the surface of CFRP to be repaired. Laser surface treatment technology can effectively change the surface properties of CFRP, thus improving the strength, hardness and wear resistance of bonded structures. At present, the laser pretreatment technology has not been widely applied in the field of adhesive bonding maintenance, and the technology of laser pretreatment of composite surface and its improvement characteristics on adhesive bonding strength have not been deeply studied. Therefore, it is necessary for relevant researchers to deeply study the influence of laser surface treatment on adhesive bonding maintenance performance from theoretical and experimental tests, so as to provide theoretical guidance for CFRP repair application.
