Afternoon of May 18 2023, Zhuang Jia, Deputy Director of China Science and Technology Exchange Center of Ministry of Science and Technology, and her delegation visited Laser Base for research and guidance. Professor Xue Wei, Director of Laser Base, Professor Li Fengping, Professor Cao Yu, Deput Directors attended the meeting.
The delegation led by Deputy Director Zhuang Jia toured the collaborative space and experimental center of Laser Base, gaining insights into the platform construction of WZU Laser Team and the research achievements in areas such as micro-nano processing, aerospace, and other laser technologies. During the meeting, Laser Base highlighted the synergistic operation mechanism of “One Body & Two Wings” and the achievements in international scientific and technological cooperation.
Deputy Director Zhuang Jia spoke highly of Laser Base's accomplishments in key technological breakthroughs and international scientific and technological cooperation. She expressed a detailed understanding of the challenges faced by Laser Base in international scientific and technological cooperation and hoped that Laser Base would continue to leverage its strengths and make greater contributions to international scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges.
