Key technologies and applications of laser-enhanced manufacturing of core components of high-end equipment
This achievement won the second prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award. In view of the three major problems faced by laser strengthening manufacturing of core components of high-end equipment, such as complex engineering structure strengthening process, large variable curvature deformation and uneven overall strengthening of large components, a series of creative achievements have been made in laser shock strengthening and composite remanufacturing theory, key technologies and complete sets of equipment of high-end complex components. Taking titanium alloy aviation components, high-end pump valves, steam turbines and other core components as the breakthrough point, the laser manufacturing strengthening technologies and key important processes, such as uniform thickness constraint layer control technology, key component function zoning strengthening technology and thin-wall profile adaptive strengthening technology, were invented, and a multi-energy field laser strengthening manufacturing method was established, which broke through the heat balance control technology of high repetition frequency nanosecond pulse laser and realized the development of laser strengthening manufacturing equipment for large core components. The overall technical level has reached the international advanced level.
