The processing method of the LED diffuse reflective cup comprises seven steps of preparation, pretreatment, clamping, ventilation, laser processing, annealing and filling, wherein in the laser processing step, a nano reflective layer with a nano microstructure is processed on the inner surface of the reflective cup body, so that the uniformity and nano size of the nano reflective layer are good, so that a diffuse reflective layer is formed on the inner surface of the reflective cup, and the luminous flux and the light output rate of LED chips are effectively improved. The silica gel filled into the hollow cavity of the reflective cup body in the filling step can further improve glare phenomenon when the reflective cup is used.
