“Laser shock strengthening control technology of aero-engine blade surface morphology and life extension method” was a key research and development-international cooperation technology research and development and demonstration promotion project in Zhejiang Province in 2021, which was hosted by Professor Chen Xizhang, deputy director of the base, in cooperation with the team of Professor Sergey Konovalov of Samara National Research University in Russia.
