Provincial key research and development plan. High-end equipment manufacturing is one of the "seven trillion yuan industries" that Zhejiang provincial government focuses on. With a large number of international electronics manufacturers setting up manufacturing plants in Thailand, Vietnam, India and other countries and the development of electronics manufacturing industry along the route in the belt and road initiative, the demand for precision laser micromachining equipment in relevant regions is increasing, especially in the processing of hard and brittle materials such as mobile phone panel glass, sapphire and crystalline silicon related to consumer electronics, and laser micromachining technology has unique advantages. Based on the above technology and market demand, the Joint Laboratory will make full use of the geographical advantages of Russia and Singapore in the "the belt and road initiative" region, and on the basis of the existing long-term mutual trust and win-win cooperation between China and Russia and China-Singapore, and through the joint efforts of high-tech, research institutes and enterprises, it will be built into a regional first-class integrated achievement transformation platform for Industry-University-Research and a demonstration base for Industry-University-Research, a country along China-Russia, China-Singapore and "the belt and road initiative".
