On April 24-25 2023, the 8th Third Council and Member Representative Conference of China Association of Inventions, the 17th Chinese Inventors Forum and Invention and Entrepreneurship Award Ceremony, were held at China Science and Technology Hall in Beijing. Professor Xue Wei, Foreign Academician of Russian Academy of Engineering and Director of Laser Base, was invited to attend as the Inaugural Expert of Academician and Expert Consultation Committee of China Association of Inventions.
The theme of the conference was "Technological Innovation and High-Quality Development," aiming to fulfill the purpose of serving national development strategy, various sectors of society, and vast inventors' community, promote high-level scientific and technological self-reliance, achieve the transformation and industrialization of inventions, and facilitate high-quality development and new advancements in the field of invention and innovation.
