On the afternoon of July 14th, 2021, the laser base held the first general meeting of the base staff in 2021 in the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Wenzhou University. This is the first plenary meeting since the relatively independent operation of the base, and all the staff of the base attended the meeting.
Firstly, Director Xue Wei of the base welcomed the new colleagues, and introduced the basic situation, relatively independent operation mechanism and future development plan of the base.
Later, Office Director Cai Yan reported the summary of work for the base in the first half of the year and the priorities in work in the second half of the year, gave a comprehensive analysis and the improved strategies for the emerging shortcomings in work in the first half of the year, and remind everyone confirm the priorities in the second half of the year.
The general meeting of all staff members gave everyone a more comprehensive understanding of the base. Everyone said that the development direction and objectives of the base were clear, and the innovative mechanism and system strengthened everyone's confidence in the future development of the base.
