Cai Yan, female, was born in October 1986 in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Master, experimenter of laser base, director of general administration office.
Main professional experiences
Graduated from Jiangnan University in 2011; From April 2011 to January 2012, he worked as a researcher in the R&D department in Wuxi Sixth Element High-Tech Stock Development Co., Ltd.; From February 2012 to June 2017, he served as the third research and development minister in Changzhou Sixth Element Materials Technology Co., Ltd.; From July 2017 to September 2020, he served as the Minister of Science and Technology and Industrial Development of the Institute of Laser and Optoelectronic Intelligent Manufacturing of Wenzhou University; From September 2020 to now, he is an experimenter in the laser base of Wenzhou University.
Honors and Awards
The achievement won the third prize of Science and Technology Invention Award of China Light Industry Federation.
