Three-dimensional photonic integrated device preparation, using femtosecond laser two-photon polymerization technology to complete the development of special micro-optical elements, fine long-range waveguides and intelligent photonic chips.

General information

Hou Zhishan, male, born in 1992. In 2013, he graduated from the School of Physics of Jilin University with a Bachelor of Science degree; in 2016, he graduated from the School of Physics of Jilin University with a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics; and in 2019, he graduated from the School of Electronic Science and Engineering of Jilin University with a Ph.D. degree in Physics and Electronics. Up to now, 8 SCI papers have been published as the first author/correspondent author in the field of femtosecond laser direct writing micro-optical components/three-dimensional photonic integrated devices, and 1 national invention patent has been applied.

Main professional experiences

From July 2019 to July 2021, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Precision Instruments of Tsinghua University.
