Liu Wenwen was born in Binzhou, Shandong Province in 1987. Doctor, associate professor, master tutor. Graduated from Zhengzhou University in 2010, majoring in electronic science and technology. In the same year, he was sent to Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences for a master's degree. In 2015, he received his Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
