基本介绍
彭文海，男，辽宁沈阳人，博士，助理研究员。2021年6月毕业于大连理工大学物理学院，获理学博士学位。本、硕、博皆就读于大连理工大学。博士期间发表期刊论文6篇，其中本人一作4篇，SCI检索4篇，EI检索5篇；申请国家专利2件。
