The utility model relates to a picosecond green laser sharpening device for bronze diamond grinding wheels, which comprises an ultrafast laser for emitting fundamental frequency laser and a three-jaw self-centering chuck for clamping bronze diamond grinding wheels, wherein the three-jaw self-centering chuck is installed on a mechanical arm; a frequency doubling system for second harmonic conversion, a beam expanding system for beam expanding and a high-speed galvanometer scanning system for controlling the motion track of beams are sequentially arranged on the output path of the ultrafast laser; and the output end of the high-speed galvanometer scanning system is opposite to the bronze diamond grinding wheel on the three-jaw self-centering chuck. When sharpening bronze diamond grinding wheels by picosecond laser, the thermal damage caused by high temperature of diamond abrasive grains on the surface of grinding wheels is greatly reduced. By adjusting the process parameters of ultrafast laser and high-speed galvanometer scanning system, the selective quantitative removal of bronze matrix on the surface of grinding wheel is realized. The mechanical arm and the high-speed scanning galvanometer system move cooperatively to meet the requirements of different sharpening trajectories.
