The controller is used for controlling the industrial robot to drive colored chalk to draw tracks at a constant speed according to a preset program; The period detection module is used for measuring the period consumed by colored chalk; The controller is also used for judging whether the period consumed by colored chalk is an integer or not, and when it is judged that the period consumed by colored chalk is not an integer, controlling the driving motor to rotate and controlling the industrial robot to stop drawing tracks at the same time, so that the colored chalk is consumed to an integer multiple of the period. The method solves the problem that the existing industrial robot detection device can not calibrate the time when the trajectory deviates, and is mainly used for calibrating the corresponding time of the trajectory.
