The invention provides a method for testing wall turbulence resistance of a surface groove structure, which comprises the following steps: preparing a plurality of samples, clamping the samples, and setting initial test conditions; Make the slider at the initial test position; Start the high-speed camera to start shooting; Start the object to drive the slider on which the sample and sample clamp are installed to rise from the bottom to the top of the guide rail; Record the real-time traction force value fed back by the force sensor of the driving object in the whole process; Record the test end position of the slider and stop shooting by the high-speed camera; Analyze the motion process of the sample shot by the high-speed camera, and obtain the traction force-time curve; Repeat the above steps for n times to obtain repeated test results of the sample for n times. According to the invention, the fluid drag reduction effect of the surface groove structure can be accurately tested, and the fluid drag reduction effect of samples with different surface groove structures under different fluid environment working conditions and at different driving energy consumption, traction driving force or traction speed can be tested.
