The invention discloses a rapid detection method of laser-induced breakdown spectrum based on multi-spectral line internal calibration, which selects and calculates the ratio of the sum of intensity of a plurality of analysis spectral lines and the sum of intensity of a plurality of internal standard spectral lines (as ordinate), and establishes a calibration spectral line with the concentration value of analysis elements (as abscissa) to obtain a calibration spectral line with high correlation coefficient, which is used for quantitative analysis of element components. The method can avoid the analysis error caused by the irregular shape of the sample and improve the detection accuracy of LIBS.
