The transmission structure transports seedlings in a flowing way, the cleaning tank contains pool water for cleaning the roots of seedlings, the clamp clamps the seedlings stably and softly, and the root bearing net encapsulates the roots of seedlings, so that the pool water can wash the roots through the mesh, and at the same time, it cooperates with the power generation mechanism to generate current for killing insects and sterilizing the roots of seedlings in the subsequent period, and the power generation mechanism mainly provides a magnetic field to cooperate with the root bearing net to generate current.
