The invention discloses a ball screw parameter visual measurement method based on fast calculation of image curvature, which comprises the following steps: acquiring an original ball screw design information template containing original parameter data; Acquire a normal section image of that ball screw through an image acquisition device; The image curvature of the collected ball screw normal section image is calculated by the image fast calculation method to obtain its average image curvature. Acquiring edge contour information data of a ball screw normal section image through an average image curvature; Calculating the correlation between the original parameter data in the original ball screw design information template and the edge profile information data of the ball screw normal section image, and determining the area position information of the ball screw double circular arc; Fitting the center and radius information data of double circular arcs by the least square method, and calculating the ball screw parameters. The invention has the characteristics of good measuring efficiency and convenient use.
