The invention relates to an optimal control method of a parallel power supply system based on grey correlation, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a function gamma = ψ (I) between the current-sharing standard deviation and the load current of the parallel power supply system, and solving the load current I(ref) under the condition of optimal current-sharing performance, wherein ψ(i(ref)) is taken as a reference value, I(ref) is taken as a reference value, and the correlation coefficient r of the current current current-sharing value I is used to adjust the target. Therefore, by changing the number of online power supply modules of the system, the correlation coefficient r tends to I, thus ensuring that the current sharing point of the system is optimal, and the number of online power supply modules can be dynamically adjusted in real time to ensure that the parallel power supply system always works near the optimal working point of current sharing. Under the goal of ensuring the optimal current sharing performance of the parallel power supply system, the invention calculates the standard deviation of the deviation between the output current of each power supply module and the current sharing target I, and optimally schedules the online power supply module and the standby power supply module whose performance does not meet the requirements, thus realizing that both the system and the power supply module work in the optimal state.
