Inventor/Designer: Gao Haifeng, Zhang Jian, Hang Chenfeng, Zhao Guan.

The invention discloses a damping device, a damping structure and a damping method of a magnetorheological sonotrode crystal, which mainly comprises a shell, wherein a vibrator is arranged in the shell, the vibrator is connected with the shell through an elastic piece, a gap for the vibrator to vibrate is arranged between the vibrator and the shell, and the gap is filled with magnetorheological fluid. The invention has simple structure. The shell, vibrator, elastic member and magnetorheological fluid form a phononic crystal cell, and a plurality of phononic crystal cells can be used together to form a phononic crystal structure, so that vibration reduction can be realized by using the principle of local resonance, and the band gap of local resonance can be adjusted by adjusting or replacing the vibrator, so as to reduce vibration and noise for vibration sources with different frequencies. The invention is not limit by machines and environment, and has good universality. The local resonance intelligent phononic crystal vibration reduction structure based on magnetorheological fluid can effectively reduce the vibration generated when controlling mechanical equipment, thereby reducing mechanical loss, prolonging the service life of mechanical equipment and providing a better working environment for workers.
