The environment simulation unit comprises a circulating water tank, an impeller, a heating pipe and a temperature controller; The motion control unit comprises a linear guide rail, a sliding block, a sample clamp, a pulley, a pulley rope and a driving object; The linear guide rail is horizontally arranged above the open groove of the straight working section, and both ends of the linear guide rail are respectively fixed at both ends inside the circulating water tank; the sliding block is slidably installed on the linear guide rail, and the sliding direction of the sliding block is parallel to the liquid level below the open groove; The test record analysis unit comprises a laser rangefinder and a computer; The laser rangefinder is horizontally installed below the linear guide rail and above the liquid level of the test liquid. Compared with the traditional technology, the invention has the corresponding test functions of the towing tank and the circulating water tank at the same time, and realizes the accurate test of the kick resistance on the surface of the experimental sample and the drag reduction effect of the surface microstructure.
