The invention discloses a buttoning machine, which comprises a box body (21), wherein a driving motor (1) is arranged in the box body (21), and the driving motor (1) is connected with a rotating shaft (25) through a coupling (2); the rotating shaft (25) is provided with a cylindrical cam (4), and the cylindrical cam (4) is connected with a button sending link mechanism located below and a punching link mechanism located above. The invention has good fastening effect, compact structure, long service life and stable work for a long time. It also has the advantages of small volume, less space occupation and good utilization of space resources.
