1. Conditions and Categories of Talents Introduction

Basic Conditions for Talents Introduction: high ideological, political quality and professional quality, passionate about education, compliance with laws, regulations and school rules, physical and mental health, dedicated to work, rigorous in pursuing studies, and with good moral cultivation.

The introduction of high-level talents in Laser Base is divided into five levels: Oujiang Leading Talents (I-II), Oujiang Talents A, Oujiang Talents B, Oujiang Talents C (I-II) and Academic Backbones (I-IV).

(1) Oujiang Leading Talents I

Experts and scholars with good academic reputation and academic leadership, whose research fields are at the leading level in domestic and international. For example, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Member of the Academic Department of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Honorary Member of the Academic Department, National "Ten Thousand People Plan" Outstanding Talents,  Zhejiang Province Special Experts, etc. Academicians from USA, Japan, Germany, France, UK, Australia, Canada, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Korea, Spain, India, Ukraine, Israel, etc.

(2) Oujiang Leading Talents II

Talents with landmark research results achieved and recognized by peers domestically and internationally in their research fields, and as core person leading the research teams in their disciplines to continue to collaborate, and maintaining or catching up with the leading level in domestic and international. For example, National "Ten Thousand People Plan" Leading Talents, National Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions, National "Hundreds Thousands and Ten-Thousands Talents Project" National Candidates or talents who have reached the corresponding academic level.

(3) Oujiang Talents A

Talents who are engaged in forward-looking and innovative research in their research fields, have obtained high academic achievements or landmark research results recognized by peer experts and with significant social influence. Such as Talents of the New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education, Recipients of the China Youth Science and Technology Award, Recipients of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Young Scientists Fund, Zhejiang Province "Ten Thousand People Plan" Outstanding Talents or talents who have reached the corresponding academic level.

(4) Oujiang Talents B

Talents with high academic reputation in their research fields, strong spirit of solidarity and collaboration, academic organization and management ability, who can carry out high-level discipline construction work and academic activities. Such as Zhejiang Province "Ten Thousand People Plan" Leading Talents, the Winners of Second Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research of Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education, corresponding authors of the papers published in Science or Nature or Cell sub-journal, or talents who have reached the corresponding academic level.

(5) Oujiang Talents C I

Oujiang Talents C I requires domestic and international talents in principle with age 45 or younger, senior professional title with master's degree or above, or associate senior professional title with doctoral degree, with the teaching and research level reaching or equivalent to Zhejiang Province "Ten Thousand People Plan" Young Top Talents, second prize of scientific research achievements at provincial and ministerial level, the person in charge of provincial first-class disciplines.

(6) Oujiang Talents C II

Oujiang Talents C II requires talents in principle with age 40 or younger, senior professional title with master's degree or above, or associate senior professional title with doctoral degree, with high academic achievements and popularity in their disciplines, and the ability and level of acting as discipline direction leaders. Such as talents of third prize of scientific research achievements at provincial and ministerial level, Recipients of General Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Zhejiang Province Special Grade Teachers or talents who have reached the corresponding academic level.

(7) Academic Backbones (I-IV)

Academic Backbones requires talents in principle with age 35 or younger, excellent PhDs or in special majors from home and abroad as well as senior professional and technical talents with strong practical experience, with strong independent scientific research ability and great development potential, have published several influential academic papers in their disciplines, and achieved certain academic achievements or excellent teaching results, and with the ability and level of backbones in discipline construction teams or excellent teaching teams.

As the spouses of talents who conform to the talents introduction policy of our university and Wenzhou City, the university will decide whether to place them depending on the situation of positions on campus and employment needs.
