Afternoon of March 24 2023, Ye Zhi, Chief of Information Department of Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee Office, and his delegation visited Laser Base for guidance, accompanied by Chen Zanan, Deputy Director of Party and University Office of Wenzhou University, Prof. Cao Yu, Deputy Director of Laser Base, attended the exchange.
Prof. Cao Yu, Deputy Director of Laser Base, introduced WZU Laser Team's “One Body & Two Wings” operation mechanism of collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship with Laser Base as the main front and Laser Institute as the main battlefield, as well as the remarkable results achieved in platform construction, enterprise cooperation and party building leading. Chief Ye Zhi and his delegation also visited the laser experiment center to further understand the wide application and fruitful results of laser in aerospace, intelligent manufacturing and other fields, and asked in detail about the channels for reporting Laser Base's scientific and technological achievements and other related information.
Chief Ye Zhi spoke highly of the achievements made by WZU Laser Team, and hoped that Laser Base could further improve the awareness of information reporting of scientific and technological achievements and strengthen the function of science and technology think tank to serve local economic development.
