On the afternoon of October 14, 2022, Zhao Shuang, Standing Committee Member and Minister of Organization of Dongtou District, and the responsible persons of District Talent Office, District Education Bureau, District Science and Technology Bureau visited Laser Base, accompanied by Wang Shun, Vice President of WZU.
Cao Yu, deputy director of Laser Base, firstly introduced the current development pattern of the base of "one body and two wings" and the scientific positioning of the four directions, and reported the situation of the base in the gathering of talents, scientific research platform, undertaking various major key projects, obtaining landmark major achievements and innovation and entrepreneurship of teachers and students.
Afterwards, Minister Zhao Shuang and her entourage went into the research teams of the base and visited the experimental center, focusing on the situation of Laser Base in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship of teachers and students, and expressed their full affirmation of the operation mode of Laser Base and the work results achieved.
