On November 22nd, 2021, Pan Huaxing, Vice President of Shanghai Shangqi Hengxu Investment management co., ltd., visited the laser base for negotiate cooperation. Director Xue Wei, Deputy Director Li Fengping, and the heads of relevant departments，of Laser Base, warmly hosted him.
Vice President Pan Huaxing visited the whole laser base with Guidance of Director Xue Wei who introduced related technologies and equipment such as multifunctional high-power pulsed laser processing robot system, infrared picosecond laser micro-nano processing system, laser-induced plasma spectrum analysis system, laser processing driving and control integrated prototype development system independently developed by the base research team.
In the following discussion and exchange meeting, Li Fengping, deputy director of the base, firstly introduced the basic situation of the laser base and the research institute from four aspects: platform introduction, platform features and highlights, enabling and supporting technology, and next key work measures, and focused on the industrialization prospect of “the permanent magnet synchronous drive and control system based on MEMS sensing”. Dr. Zhou Sijia, a member of the base research team, introduced the technical research situation and industrialization prospect of the “electric servo brake booster”.
Vice President Pan Huaxing spoke highly of the rapid development of the base and research institute, and introduced the investment situation of Shanghai Shangqi Hengxu Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Yangtze River Delta Industrial Upgrading Equity Investment Fund. He believes that these two projects have great industrialization prospects, and can plan to set up a special fund for laser intelligent manufacturing，which is used for incubation and growth of laser intelligent manufacturing related projects.
Xue Wei, director of the base, said that the base and research institute practice the five-in-one operation mode of Government-Industry-Academia-Research-Fund, and concrete the construction conviction that talents are rooted in the warm WenZhou state, achievements are transformed by innovation, production capacity came from the entrepreneurship and capital is invested in Ouyue District. The laser base hopes to solve the current shortage of funds by establishing a special fund of laser intelligent manufacturing through cooperation.
