On the afternoon of November 2nd, 2021, Cai Junling, Minister of Organization Department of Longwan District, and his party came to the laser base to guide the work. Director Xue Wei, Executive Deputy Director Ma Guang, and Deputy Director Cao Yu, and the heads of relevant departments，of Laser Base, warmly hosted them.
Xue Wei, director of the base, reported to Minister Cai Junling and his party the progress made in talent introduction, mechanism and system operation of the base, and said that the base would make better use of the talent advantages and better realize accurate service.
Minister Cai Junling expressed his appreciation for the achievements of the base. She indicated that the base should sort out the experience, make full use of the advantages of talents while realizing its own high-quality development, sever better for talent gathering and training, and provide talents and intellectual support for the laser industry construction in Wenzhou.
